The Annual Summit Rummage Sale is a fundraiser for local non-profits and will be held at the Summit Community and Senior Center located at 83 Nancy’s Place in Frisco. This rummage sale will feature a silent auction and gently used clothing, small furniture and appliances, complete computer systems and laptops, children’s item, housewares, linens, ski wear, and more.
RUMMAGE SALE HOURS
- Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00pm- Special Pre-Sale with a $10 entry free for ages 16 and up for this special event
- Friday, August 11, 2023 from 9:00am to 5:00pm- free entry
- Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 9:00am to 5:00pm- free entry
- Sunday, August 13, 2023 from 9:00am to 12:00pm- Free entry and clearance day specials on items in the building and not in the boutique- $2-$5 a bag. Please bring your own bag.
HOW TO DONATE GENTLY USED ITEMS
Check your closets, amble through your attics, clear the cabinets, hit the garage, and search the storage units – then bag/box your treasures and bring them to the Summit Senior and Community Center. Donations of items in good, clean condition will be accepted:
- Drop off your donations on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 and Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 7:30am to 4:00pm. at the Summit County Senior Center.
- Clean, gently used clothing, small furniture and appliances, complete computer systems and laptops, children’s item, housewares, linens, ski wear, and other easy to sell items will be accepted.
- Please no large furniture or appliances, TVs, magazines, encyclopedias, books, or computer monitors, unless they are part of a complete computer system.
VOLUNTEER
Looking to get involved? Well, Summit Seniors need volunteers, and who knows, you might also find a personal treasure at the same time. To volunteer, please contact Brenda Alberico at 815-258-5843.
