The Great Rubber Duck Race (Test)
The Great Rubber Duck Race is a Summit County tradition designed to support the great work of our community. Through scholarships, grants, and community projects, the Summit Foundation is enriching and improving the lives of the people we serve.
Buy a Duck or a whole flock and join us as hundreds of ducks flock down the Blue River on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 11 am – 4 pm. Whether you buy a racer in pursuit of winning the grand prize, or simply as an act of supporting the programs and people you care about, everyone comes out a winner at the 36th Annual Great Rubber Duck Race

- First Bank Kid's Duck Race
- Open to kids 12 and younger. This race has prizes that bring out your playful side.
- 2:00 pm
- Vail Health Business Battle Duck Race
- Businesses duke it out for an awesome prize for their team, and of course bragging rights.
- 3:00 pm
- Breckenridge Grand Vacations and BGV Gives Great Rubber Duck Race
- The Main Event. This race is for the Grand Prize of $2,000 dollars and so much more!

There is sculpture, a 19th-century wagon, a small toddler sandbox and a murmuring stretch of the Blue River; the Breckenridge Visitor Center and bike path are just off the plaza. It’s a fine place to sip coffee in the sun.
